Osaze has over 12 years of investment banking experience harnessing a deep professional network in Africa with a comprehensive understanding of the Nigerian market. His expertise positions him to lead the execution and strategic direction in capital markets, project finance, deal origination and leverage a unique skill set that cuts across corporate finance, financial modelling, valuation and financial advisory.

Osaze has been involved in a variety of large, landmark and cross-border transactions in excess of $1Billion. Prior to ACP Capital, Osaze held investment banking roles in a number of bulge and boutique investment banks like FBN Capital Limited, BGL Capital Limited and Cordros Capital Limited.

Osaze holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College, London and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
