Nadejda has over 15 years of investment and advisory experience, with a deep understanding of Nigeria’s infrastructure and financial markets. Her expertise spans capital raising, principal investing and project execution, with core strengths in financial analysis, portfolio management and multi-stakeholder coordination across both public and private sectors.

Nadejda has led several high-impact mandates, including broadband and smart city initiatives for Lagos State and the turnaround of distressed assets in agriculture and pharmaceuticals. At Iroko Capital, she has advanced through senior roles in investment banking, PPP advisory and fund management.

Nadejda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. She is an active member of the CFA Society Nigeria.
