Osagie has over 15 years of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance experience in the international and West African markets including a wealth of expertise in Valuation, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance Analysis, Business Analysis, and Client Relationships

Osagie was an Assistant Manager in KPMG’s Deal Advisory division, where he spearheaded transactions spanning education, financial services, FMCG, and insurance sectors.

Osagie’s educational background encompasses a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Portsmouth, UK, a Master’s degree (MA) in Finance and Investment from The University of Nottingham, UK, and The Senior Management Programme (“SMP”) at Lagos Business School. Furthermore, he holds the distinction of being a Chartered Certified Accountant in the UK (FCCA).
