Vivian has been involved in executing transactions exceeding US$1 billion across diverse sectors comprising financial services, oil & gas, power, healthcare, and telecommunications, including multiple landmark transactions.

Vivian is a certified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Vivian combines her technical acumen and data analytics with strategy execution capabilities. Her expertise spans corporate and project finance, investment appraisal, fund management, and strategic planning, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and specialized training in Private Equity & Venture Capital.
