Folashade has over 16 years of experience in accounting with expertise in developing financial strategies and reporting processes, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As ACP Capital’s Chief Financial Officer, Shade oversees all the financial actions of the company and leads the finance & accounting department. She is also a key strategic leader as the company continues to expand and deliver sustained growth.

Prior to joining ACP Capital, Shade was an Assistant manager in KPMG. She is a member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member, Institute of Directors of Nigeria.
